Delivery & Returns
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If their is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our UK deliveries.
Royal Mail: If you're not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.
Parcel Force: If you're not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us.
- Next day/Overnight deliveries: We must receive your order by 3pm. If we receive your order after this time your order will be sent the following day for overnight delivery
- First Class - Recorded Delivery: You'll receive your order within 1 - 2 working days.
- Second Class - Recorded Delivery: You'll receive your order within 2 - 3 working days.
These services will provide a tracking number and can be tracked at any stage of the delivery process. All services are insured and require a signature.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. You will also be charged for the shipping to send the goods back got you.
We test all faulty product returns. If we test a product and can't replicate the issue, we're send the product back to you. You will also be charge for the postage.
Important: We will need to give you a returns number before you send your item(s) back to us so the warehouse knows where the returned goods have come from. You can contact us here
